Bail Surety Liability

Is a bail surety just financially liable for the defendant attending court or liable for all bail conditions such as curfew times if broken?

Bail request surety

my son has a plea hearing shortly at Crown Court, he is presently on remand and a family member is willing to stand bail surety, how does it work is a bail request made followed by an application...

Time on remand off sentence / Bail

If a prisoner spends 3 months on remand and then is granted bail before a main trial is the original 3 months spent taken off any final sentence, some say it is lost so do not take bail and some say...

Prison Phone Calls

Are prisoner on remand phone calls recorded and if so can they be used as evidence, just do not want my son talking to friends on the outside on what happened.
