Whatever happened to ...

The chocolates in boxes with the coffee flavoured filling. Coffee matchmakers and Banjo bars which were a bit like Drifters, only they had crushed nuts on top?

Talking of remembering food

Does anyone remember a chocolate bar called Banjo. It had really creamy chocolate and chopped nuts and wafer. I used to love them along with Counters.

What do you miss

that are obsolete now? I used to love Banjo bars and Counters with the little yellow chick on the front of the packet. One thing I wasn't bothered about when it disappeared was Wispa.

Being a child of the 60's & 70's, I was brought up on all sorts of 'bad for you nowadays' type fodder, but I loved it, and I still probably would! Only problem is, you can't seem to get these...
