Transfer tunes to iTunes

I have just downloaded some tunes from Tesco.com.At present they are in iTunes in Personal Files.How do I get them the ITunes Library please. Sorry if I sound very dim but I am new to all this !!!

Sorry to be a nuisance but I still cannot get the iPod to go off.I have held the "pause" button down for about 20 seconds and the screen still does not go blank.Any ideas ? I might add that the iPod...
