Which is the best diet, I would just like to loose around 7 lbs, I've tried Slimming World but could never find anything I liked to eat on green days, has anyone tried a good diet they recommend.

sink waste pipe dimensions

I can measure the external diameter on the sink waste pipe (43mm). Does this mean it's a 40mm pipe ie do pipe sizes relate to internal dianeters (which I can't measure)

Bathroom Light Pull

Hi I have purchaced a new bathroom pull switch. It is the sort that dims. (Dimpull) I have wired it up but it does not work. There is Live in and Neutral in and the other side is Load live & neutral....
