credit card with low interest rates and no charges

i had an egg card but was being charged ?28 a year just to own it (complete ripoff as only used in emergencies - if you have one check to see if they are charging you) i need a new emergency only card...

which card gives the best deal on air miles ? I pay my bills in full each month so APR is no problems.
