Slipping rugs

Anyone have any ideas how to stop rugs slipping. I have tried the velcro sticky sheet that goes underneath but because we have quite spongy underlay it does not work. I do not want anything that...

How to stop rugs slipping on carpet?

I have a long runner in my hall on top of the carpet. It moves constantly ! II've tried the mesh stuff and the rug grip but nothing works. any ideas anyone please?
