I have got a programme called Availl on my PC which my daughter somehow acquired.  Can anyone tell me what it is and if it can be removed.  I've tried uninstalling it without success. ...

slow dial up

My dial up connection is very slow these days even though the pop up box that tells you the speed of connection states that it is 52 kb. anyreason why it has suddenly become so slow.
