PC never shuts down

MY PC never shuts down when I turn it off. I always get the grey box with: End Program Brdr This program is not responding Click cancel return to Windows... you will lose unsaved data... etc etc. Then...

I can't D-frag D Drive

Not only does my PC check D-Drive when I start up, but when I try to d-frag D Drive, it says I have to run chkdsk first???

Not enough disk space (only 13%) for defrag

Desktop turned sideways

My destop images and screen have turned sideways. Buy putting my monitor on its right side I get a straight screen!
