ive just bought a bar of this and when i told my husband he said its not nougat( newgar) its pronounced nugget, how do you pronounce it?

I heard on radio today that scotland is having there car parking capped at 3 pounds a day in hns hostpitals.I hope they are not exspecting the south of england to subsidize them again.
