How to wire up a amp and sub in my car

Can anyone tell me how i wire up a amp and sub in my car ? The amp is a 4 channel model at about 500 watts and my sub is a 12" kenwood at 700 watts ! Also how would i connect 2 6x9's to the amp ?...
