17 Ac - Man it's stimulating? 13 20 [Ask a silly question] ...? I've got CHARADE but, assuming it's correct why? It fits the theme but I can't understand the cryptic part.

17a 'Second and final quarter preceding return of big noise' Solution is GHETTO-BLASTER which ties up with the definition 'big noise' but how does it fit the first part of the clue?

Completely stumped by 15d Dangerous to humans? Roy is so brutal to chap as gypsy. M_N-_A_I_G. Man Eating fits 'Dangerous to humans' but can't see how the rest fits in.

Why is 17a - Insert first section of Losey's film subject -SERVANT? The Servant is a Losey film, but where does 'Insert first section of' come into it?
