I have been ringing the claim line almost constantly since midday - it is always 'all lines are busy - try again later' the times for claiming are ridiculous, if you work full time you have no chance....
A friend made me some jam, but it is much too sweet - is there anyway I can tone it down somehow ? it is also rather runny so any liquid would only make it worse.

Some of the leaves on my young silver birch tree are turning yellow and then dropping - how do I know if this is a defiency of iron or magnesium ? - it is 3 years old and has not had this problem...
