Insects on Buddleia Bush

Can anyone please help me identify an insect I've been finding on my Buddleia? It's about ?" long, narrow body, mostly orange, and looks spiderish as it crawls not flies about.

My husband always gets "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" whe trying to get into AnswerBank. He uses Internet Explorer 8. Any suggestions on how to overcome this please?
