I'm on dial up. On average the my download rate is 4KB/s-2KB/s. I wonder if there is anything I can do to increase the transfer rate of my download on my computer....

BT internet Surf time

At present I'm a BT internet Pay as you go customer but am thinking of switching to BT Surf in the new year. It says you get 150 hours to use off peak for ?6.99 a month... I think. I'm not interested...
