Can I carry insurance on a vehicle I sold for the other party in the state of Wisconsin? What is the law that groverns this issue?

Insuable interest in a vehicle

In the state of Wisconsin can someone insure a vehicle that they have no insurable interest in? If so what is the law covering that? Or what constititutes an insurable interest in a vehicle?
