I am having trouble installing a theory test cd rom, every time i try to install it it tells me that 'microsoft XML DOM version 4' has not been installed correctly, why? and what is this? how can i...

dangerous tree next to house, again!

dangerous height of tree next to house.

we have a eucalyptus tree 5m from our house, it is now taller than our house, 50ftapprox and our landlord say's that it is not dangerous, are there any laws or guidelines that might help us with this?
