car window

The small rear window on my car has fallen in and even though the top bit is still showing I cannot even pull in back up into position - Do you know how I can fix it?

Oil leak

I drove my vehicle with my friend following in hers, and when we got home her windscreen, and the back of my van was splattered with oil. On looking under my van-there was an oil leak from somewhere...
