Central Heating Room Thermostat?

My central Heating is supplied by a Combi Boiler, and the radiators all have thermostativ valves - except the small one in the bathroom (I think at least one rad has to be left with a normal valve)....

no water

problem with boiler

i have a potterton performa combi boiler which when you have run the hot water tap and turned the tap off the boiler fan and sometimes the burner stays on till you physically turn the boiler off....
