Do you wipe your bum sitting down or standing up?

Hello everybody, still deeply in love with my soulmate{ for those who can remember} but have a burning question, when you have pooed, do you stand up to wipe? or stay on the seat and wipe?

I would appreciate any help on this one. My husband who is 87 has Alzheimers and for nearly 6 years nowI have been his only carer.I am beginning to feel that I cannot go on much longer and my own...

Lotion

What's the best suntan lotion to get a tan? I tend to find I either burn and then go brown or if I put cream on to stop burning I don't get any colour at all.
