I have a few cds which i would like to copy to itunes and put on my ipod, but they are protected and will not play on my computer without the cds own player. does anyone know how to convert the files...

I have just bought an ipod 40gb 4th gen and the battery length for this is ment to be around 12 hours. In reality the battery lasts no where near this! I have had it fully charged and it has run out...
