When i log in it comes up failed to locate component, reinstall application avkernel.d11 how do i find out what this is and how to reinstall it.Everything was alright until i downloaded my new norton...

when going through changing they want to know what is my outgoing mail server how do i find that out it please ?Or is there an easier way of me changing my address.Thanks.

I have inadvertently blocked emails from a good friend of mine so when they come in they go straight to the deleted items. Although i can still read them how do i get stop the blocker.Outlook express.
