Diverting valve answer to boilerman

its on the DHW side do i have to drain the system down too ?

changing a diaphragm

I have a halstead wickes combi 82 i want to change the diaphragm on the DHW side,can any one give me some advice on how to change it,and do i have to drain the boiler down to do it ,Many thanks Bob.
