Vauxhall Vectra with famous football referee

Does anyone know the music used for the new Vauxhall Vectra ad (Oct 2005) with the kids playing football in the street - black car comes driving past and the famous bald football referee at the end...

Why oh why??

Why don't advertisers twig on that if they put the song name up onsceen whilst the advert is on, they could gain a certain percentage of profits from the single....or just stop us all wondering...
