how can i discover ---if , when , where , how , ---i have been black-listed. and  in fact i have been ---without  good reasons,   what can i do about it. yours truly.,

housing-council locked me out--etc.

before i went on sick 'leave' i arranged with the council to move my stuff into storage etc. since they had to do ----'''urgent repairs on the house''. they changed the arrangements  and instead...
