DVD Recorder

I'm after a DVD recorder with hard dive, less than ?200. Ideally with both R- and R+ playback and recording capability. Any suggestions on makes? Already have Sky+ so don't need RAM.

Grievance

Can an employee who is suspended or off sick from work put in a formal grievance against another employee? They were originally suspended pending investigation and then went on the sick.
