implant hair

is there a way to implant colored hair on the beard? let's say blond or red instead of brown? is it possible to implant hair? and what about the hair follicules that are already on the chin?

i'm very skinny, i have a think body. i do eat a lot but still i don't gain any weight, is there anyway i can be massive and gain weight quickly?

i have very light hair, my facial hair is very dark (beard) i mean dark black...i don't look right..is there a way i can make facial hair light also...something permanent like laser..also my brother...
