No pictures in IE5 /URLS / Outlook

Why cant I get pictures on IE 5.1 any more please ? If I forward the mail elsewhere they seem to be able to get them!Also when I open a web page, more often than not I cannot load the pictures - takes...

I want to reboot my computer, but how do i save my messages, and addresses etc, I am using OE5
