Can you buy sedatives for dogs to calm them down? (just for a short while. Not for long and not more than once or twice) Can I get them from the pet shop or do I have to go to the vet?

New cat!

My Mum & Dad ahave just adoped a three year old cat, he is absolutely beautiful, quiet but very timid.We're not sure if he's been hit or abused in anyway as he is very timid when there are loud noises...

doesnt like the lead!

My 16 week old cav king charles still hasn.t got used to the lead. Soon as he feels his collar pull he plays dead! Does anyone know if a harness would be better than a lead and collar?
