nose piercing

Can anyone explain the technique for removing/replacing a nose stud with a U shaped back? I heard if you do this wrong it can be very painful? Thanks!

Seizure

My Mum had a Seizure last week completely out of the blue (whilst lying in bed!) She has never had anything like this before. it lasted about 2 minutes then it took 30-40 minutes to bring her around....

Polishing motorbike

My Dad has a motorbike, a Honda R500 CBF ( i think thats right!) He is polishing it up for a show but the exhaust pipes are the only area that doesn't bright up? they always look tainted/ rusted?...
