I notice up for property auction are some small plots with telephone repeater stations on them. If I bought one what can it be used for? Residential?

toilet in kitvhen two doors?

Can anyone tell me if I put a toilet in my kitchen wether I need to have a seperate space to go in to between the two rooms? Building regs 2000 say yes. but i have heard this has been changed again?

With all the energy rises, and my kettle braking down, does anyone know which option would be the cheapest - an electric kettle or a stove top kettle on a gas cooker?

seagull chick

We've got a seagull chick in our back garden who fell (or was pushed) off a neighbours roof. It is really healthy but not ready to fly. RSPCA not interested as it is not injured. We can't go outside...

My maternity leave - 6 months - is due to finish in the middle of the summer holidays. I can't actually go into work so does that mean that I can't get paid until I go back in September? I understand...

Epilepsy caused by stress

I recently had a full seizure follow the birth of my second child. I think that it was due to the stress and sleeplessness of the previous week. Has anyone else had one of these- what happened...
