What is the appropriate amount i should be tipping for "boat boys, bag boys" etc, in the Maldives?

Cost of food/drinks at maldives

Does anyone know how much I will be spending a day on b/fast, lunch and dinner at Maldives? I am staying at Taj Exotica.
