comp wont play video clips on you tube

my dell laptop will no longer play video clips on you tube or facebook . i tried to download the latest adobe flashplayer but the instllation does not complete. i have been told that mozilla firefox...

I have found that more innapropriate answers are being given to questions. There is a "Report a Question" window, why not "Report an Answer" one, then for example you could get rid of the idiots on...
