I have had a bad few days, one of my close friends decided she would accuse me of sleeping with her husband! How on earth do you get round that ? None of which is true....anyone been in this situation...
I am owed money and have a signed aggreement, but they haven't stuck to payments. Can i pass this onto a debt collectors? Or would i have to go to a small claims court.
