my blood test report says thyroid stimulating hormone (tsh) 7.96 i am 35 yrs/male?and blood sugar is normal?

but people says i look like i loosising weight.who ever meet me even after 10-15 days. I also feel my waist is reduced. its now 32 " earlier it was 35'.pls pls advise after lisening comments...
