How do you make smoke rings?

How do you make smoke rings using your mouth, with a cigarrette or cigar?  Is there a website for it or if someone can describe the way, that would be great.  Thank you.

What's the plural of cul de sac?

Two of my friends were discussing this. One said cul de sacs, the other said culs de sacs. I have also heard culs de sac.   ???
