I suppose all you ladies out there will want to clobber me and tell me that I being a mere male don't know anything, BUT...

To me, Caroline Quentin in those M&S food ads, the supposed 'hostess with the mostest' - her hair looks TERRIBLE - my wife makes an effort, or is it the trend to look scruffy these days?...
