Can't post answers on this site ?

Ed. I can log on OK, and submit a question but when I try to post an answer, or say thanks, there doesn't seem to be a way to "submit" this. What am I doing wrong please ?...

I can log on OK to this site and ask questions, but I can't post an answer. When I try to answer a question, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to "submitt" Does anyone know what I am doing...
