Please Help Me... My Ex Owes Me Money!! What Can I Do??

i lent my ex 2000$ (february 2012) for what he claimed was to make an insurance payment. A month prior i found out that he had used my visa card to make 2 payments totaling up to 700$ (january 2012)....
