This was a female singer with a strong Spanish-like musical background with lots of guitars. I listened for the name but Steve W just burbled on about something else. Have looked on Radio2 playlist...

Where's the chairlift?

In the advert where the guy in the posh car drive up the snowy hill to hand back the lost ski as the lady gets off the chairlift.
