Password protected emails

Hi -can any one advise me on how to open a password protected document attached to an email? I have the password but don`t know how or where to enter it? Thanks in anticipation!

Breadmaker Wholemael Bread Recipies

I have aquired a breadmaker but only eat wholemeal/granary breads and each time I make in Breadmaker the bread comes out really heavy and stodgy - anyone any tips please?
