pages sticking

Hi I have a lot of trouble with the pages sticking on my computer eg if I am on ebay and I want to bid I can't leave it the last minutes as sure as eggs I click to confirm a bid and the page goes hazy...

removing programs

I want to remove nero essentials from my computer. When I go into add or remove programs and click on remove after it starts to configure the program I get up an error message saying Shellmanager...
