L Casella Copper Pot item - what is it?

I have this item that I just cannot find out what it is. The markings on it are L Casella Maker to the Admiralty & Ordnance London. I think the item number is 704. It has 3 Royalty? stamps on it...

Shyness when speaking to manager

everytime i speak to my line manager i get really shy and stutter/tongue tied. I am normally pretty confident but only when i speak to her i get tongue tiied. any tips on how to overcome this please?
