I need a letter of opinion regarding a Spent conviction. Who is the best person to approach and what are the average costs for such an item?

Conviction deletion?

I was convicted of petty theft in 1990 of cash ?51. I was given a 2yr conditional discharge. I have no other arrests or offences since. I understand my conviction is now spent , however it still shows...
