Radiators with flaking paint.

Had new radiators fitted couple of years ago. All downstairs ones, the paint is flaking on the top. Have rubbed them down and repainted a few times but still flake. Any suggestions?

My toilet will not flush

Lately it has taken sometimes a few pushes of the handle before it flushed. Now stopped altogether, Fills up ok and nothing appears to be broken. Standard handle flush toilet.

Water cistern problems.
