Driving Test

My hubby is taking his driving test again on Saturday, he has failed quite a few times because his nerves get the better of him, he is a good driver but just turns to jelly when the examiner gets in...

Service Charge

I hate it when a service charge is automatically included on a bill, can you ask for it to be taken off or is this bad form? I like to chose if I want to tip or not depending on the service.

Is it legal for a restaurant to charge for tap water?

The big debate of bottled water not being eco friendly is a good point I think but I charged for tap water in a pub before, is that legal?
