Hello all, My question is: How can i slow down my metabolism? I am 19 and have always been thin mainly due to metabolism, i eat lots of food but don't put any weight on. Please could someone help me?
I went to the butchers today. I said "how much are your pies?" He said 2 for "?1.50". I said "how much for one?" He said "?1." I said "i'll have the other one!!"
does anyone on here eat their '5 a day' fruit and veg. I like to think i have a healthy diet but i've been trying to eat the RDA of fruit and veg for the past week and its near impossible!
