i purchased a 51 plate nissan almera on october 2nd 2009 i have been having problems with the gear box the last couple of weeks (struggleing to get it into first gear) i took the car into the garage...
i have been working for the same company for neally 3 years, and all i have been given is a staff handbook,
does this constitute a "CONTRACT" as bow i have a few issues with the company...
