A friend has just bought an IPOD. I know he can can download tunes from iTunes, but what is the method to convert his own CD's into a suitable format for the IPod? Does it use .MP3 or something else?...

Can any1 tell me the best freeware antivirus. I am fed up paying Norton to slow my machine right down to snails pace for thier program. Anyone recommend a freeware or are the pay ones a lot better?
