brand new ladder radiator from B &Q

Having just had a new tiny bathroom installed I was pleased with my ladder radiator, which dried towels a treat. However, with warmer weather I wanted to turn them off. I turned both the knobs off...

New kitchen

I need to get the walls & ceiling re-plastered. It is 14' 6" x 10'. Also do I lay the floor before or after the units are in? (For pricing purposes- I live in London). Many thanks.
