Putting dvd of home vid onto my pc

Hi, i`m trying to convert a dvd so i can upload it onto youtube. I`ve downloaded a converter but for some reason i can`t get the dvd onto my pc. I`ve tried the drag & drop method but it won`t work ....

Authentic fabric for Viking Costumes

Does anyone know were i can buy fabric for making some viking costumes - not fancy dress? I want to use the chepest fabric cos i`ve got 7 costumes to make. thanks

Apple Slice

Does anyone know how to make it? I sometimes buy it from bakers but like to make my own.Its basically stewed apples sandwiched between a sort of either a cake sponge or some sort of pastry. thanks
